We were the moon and the sun
Never together at once
But we'd light up the sky with our love
You know it's easy to trust someone when
Your stomach is occupied by all these butterflies
Well I think I've had quite enough
There's something coming down the Hallway
A black silloughetted dream
Your organ theft has come to haunt me
So I stand with weakened knees
Jameson peaked through the cracked doorway
As I imprinted on your bed
I carved your name into this bullet and said:

Very great album that totally took me by surprise while peeping through random users' bandcamp pages. The songs flow into each other really well (With Open --> Da Da Da Da being my favorite transition) while also managing to feel like distinct songs. Very funky rhythms throughout as well! Menzi

Certainly a controversial direction for the band, but this album ultimately rests as my favorite from TTNG. The technical mastery of their previous albums is still present here along with some very thought provoking and philosophical lyrics. I may not always agree with the lyrical messaging, but this is an album which rewards careful listening. Syobnaf

I like to pretend I have a really talented friend who recorded this album as a gift. That's what it feels like; a gift from a stupidly close friend. sherryking
